I think I have a thing for fluted skirts. (peep the bottom of this dress) This J.Crew skirt is not only flattering, it comes in a ton of great colors. I am thinking of getting another color or two to wear in the fall with tights. I wore this outfit this weekend for brunch and ended up heading to another place to watch the USA v. Portugal game. I officially have World Cup fever.
